In partnership with TE Capital, we transformed two vacated tenancies at 350 Queen Street into a vibrant speculative office fitout. By blending bold colours, unique shapes, and raw concrete, the design created a memorable, boutique-like workspace that defies traditional office norms.

TE Capital approached Agero to create a design-forward space on levels 4, 18 and 20, with additional foyer work completed on level 11. The final result was a profound success; open, dynamic and impeccably beautiful.
