Agero implemented a comprehensive design and construct model tailored to Visy’s specific needs, delivering a cost-effective solution that provided exceptional value. We completely renewed the building, removing asbestos and hazardous materials, and brought all ramps and floor levels into compliance with modern services. Internally, we created enhanced amenities that aligned with Visy’s office style, resulting in a functional and visually appealing workspace. Externally, we undertook extensive civil works, upgrading the carpark, fencing, landscaping, and modernising water mains, sewerage, and stormwater systems. Special attention was given to the critical IT server room, ensuring it remained fully operational throughout the project, mitigating any potential disruptions. The project was finely calibrated to Visy’s needs, from initial quoting to selecting preferred contractors, processes, and staff, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery. The result was a transformed office space that exceeded Visy’s expectations, revitalising the once outdated and under-utilised Coburg site into a vibrant, centralised hub for their operations. This state-of-the-art facility now reflects Visy’s commitment to quality and innovation, successfully overcoming all challenges and providing a unified, modern workspace for their dispersed workforce.
