Knowing the right fitout was key to attracting a quality tenant and minimising vacancy, Milieu engaged Cucumber and Agero to activate the ground floor shop. It was transformed into a stylish 9 person office that embodies what Brunswick stands for: sustainability, individuality and creativity.
The tenancy was quickly leased to Breathe Architecture – the same firm that designed the building. When Breathe grows, the space can be reconfigured for 13 people over a weekend. Ain’t that neat?
